> What is this site? Why does it exist?
This site is an organized repository of links, archives, and images documenting the actions, responses, and impressions surrounding CharityHost's bizarre behavior following the scandal on LowEndTalk.com ("LET") involving customer dissatisfaction with his services and unethical business practices. It was made for the benefit of potential customers and observers who are interested in the scandal that got CharityHost banned from LET.
The purpose of this site is NOT to promote bullying or harassment of CharityHost.org or his customers. The webmasters of Host.charity denounce any and all bullying and harassment, and do not condone the use of this website or its contents as fuel for such nefarious campaigns.
The webmasters of Host.charity are UNAFFILIATED with any hosting provider, and DO NOT recommend or endorse any hosting provider as an explicit alternative to CharityHost.org (though we strongly encourage existing and potential customers to seek alternatives to CharityHost.org).

[1] Spam his own threads on LET to bump them and "peacefully silence" inquiry into his unethical business practices. [ARCHIVE].
[2] Bribe customers for 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. [ARCHIVE].
[3] Try to censor criticism that customers had left on Trustpilot reviews. [ARCHIVE].
[4] Snoop in private customer files. [ARCHIVE].
[5] Change customers' root passwords in order to enable snooping. [ARCHIVE].
[6] Hurl insults and accusations at LET members, and then proclaim everyone who disagreed with him to be a troll, while also proclaiming himself the victim. [ARCHIVE UNAVAILABLE DUE TO THE REQUIREMENT OF AN ACCOUNT].

> Have there been consequences for CharityHost's actions?
Yes, following the scandal, CharityHost.org was banned from LET. [1] [ARCHIVE].
Users of NodeSeek, a LET-analogue for the Chinese market, have also issued precautions about the provider's snooping. [2] [ARCHIVE].
"MJJ, Watch out for this merchant. He peeps at your cock and pauses your cock for lame reasons. He is also a liar, which is well documented on the foreign forum LowEndTalk. Take care. https://host.charity/" [3] [ARCHIVE].
As of 29 April 2025, Trustpilot has warned CharityHost.org that he is not allowed to bribe customers for reviews. Don't be deceived by CharityHost/CharityHost.org/Andre/Andrew's phrasing; he did not "recently notice" that he is not allowed to bribe customers for reviews. This action by Trustpilot was a direct consequence of multiple whistleblower reports being filed to the company with receipts of his promotional emails.
Since Trustpilot hides the link to their whistleblower form, we report that it can be found hyperlinked to the text "Be a whistleblower by contacting Content Integrity directly It’s easy to use our whistleblower function — simply contact our Content Integrity Team."
It is possible to file such a report through this link.

> Has CharityHost rebranded before?
Yes, Andre/Andrew/CharityHost/CharityHost.org's business was formerly known as SpectroHost, and it was active as early as 2017 [1] [ARCHIVE]. SpectroHost.com currently redirects to CharityHost.org.
Andrew Edwards, or Andrew E, the current manager of CharityHost.org per WHTop [2] [ARCHIVE] and the below screenshot of an email bribing customers for reviews, appears to be a rebranded pseudonym as well.
The manager of SpectroHost was named "Andre," per the provider's WHTop page [3] [ARCHIVE]. You'll note that "Andre" is still an author on the CharityHost.org blog [4] [ARCHIVE], and if you click on his author profile, he is specifically Andre B [5] [ARCHIVE].
It should surprise none that Andrew/Andre has manufactured a new persona for himself, as even on LET, there was suspicion (even warranting moderator intervention) of him creating alternate accounts (in this archive, Ivanthegreat) to defend his company from the scandal [6] [ARCHIVE].
UPDATE 7 June 2025: As of June 7th, 2025, we were alerted that CharityHost is once again attempting to rebrand, this time, to ExactVM. More details in that section of the website.

> Is this website at risk of being shut down or censored? Where else is this information saved?
Due to our decision to stick to the facts of this case, it is unlikely that Host.charity will be shut down. However, in the unfortunate event that this website ceases to be accessible online, periodic archives following major site revisions can be found HERE.
UPDATE 29 April 2025: CharityHost.org has already attempted to censor this website. So far, our hosting provider, IncogNET, is not requesting any action from us.

Have you ever seen a hosting provider crash out in real time? We're not talking about downtime or datacenter break-ins. We're talking about whatever THIS is.
Ladies and gentlemen, we present CharityHost's grand crashout, a great example of how not to handle a scandal.

The first signs of CharityHost.org's desperation became apparent when he started bribing customers for five-star reviews. Since his crashout following more developments in the Charitygate scandal, however, Andre/Andrew/CharityHost has taken even more desperate measures.

> Exhibit A: Offering offers with increasingly unsustainable, diminishing returns for himself, to coerce customers to stay [1] [ARCHIVE].
> Exhibit B: Attempting to censor Host.charity [2] [ARCHIVE].
CharityHost claims that this website is defamatory, per Title 28 U.S. Code 4101. Here is the text of this section [3] [ARCHIVE].
Host.charity is committed to a factual presentation and dissection of this scandal. As the claims on this website are based on CharityHost's own words and actions, not opinions, and they are supported by evidence, which is clearly cited and archived, CharityHost.org's claims of defamation do not hold up to scrutiny.
Our hosting provider, IncogNET, is not asking us to take any action.
(This is not an endorsement of IncogNET as an explicit alternative to CharityHost.org, but it is an endorsement of this company for anyone who wishes to create a website like Host.charity ;) ).
> Exhibit C: Playing the victim on NodeSeek after a user linked the LET thread discussing his ban.
“Our recent experience in a forum is regrettable. In the face of continued ridicule, attacks and malicious guidance, we tried to promote civilized communication by posting a video, but we were banned for this.
At the same time, those who initiated provocations and created disputes are still tolerated by the platform.” [4] [ARCHIVE].
This presentation of events is entirely misleading. First, Andrew/Andre/CharityHost.org/CharityHost was not banned from LET for "posting a video," as he claims. As is evident from the actual post from LET administrators detailing his ban, he was banned for "questionable business practices that don't align with the community interests."
Second, he didn't just "post a video." He spammed the forum with the video numerous times, with the explicit intention of silencing criticism and inquiry into his unethical business practices.
"This is still my thread. Not trying to spam, just peacefully silence you" [5] [ARCHIVE].
> Exhibit D: Instating an "administrative fee" for doing basically nothing, except generating invoices.
Take note of how Andrew/Andre/CharityHost drones on about promotions and discounts and only at the very bottom does he mention that he's tacking on this extra fee.
It appears that the only purpose of the fee is to further enrich Andrew/Andre/CharityHost.org, as he is not promising any extra perks or offering any reason why generating invoices incurs extra expenses for him [6] [ARCHIVE].
> Exhibit E: Attempting to rebrand as "ExactVM" (or "ExactCompute").
On June 7th, 2025, we received an email alerting us that CharityHost was attempting to rebrand to ExactVM. As of June 7th, 2025, ExactVM.com is still in the process of development, but its footer reads "All rights reserved by NeoTechAdmin, Inc" [7] [ARCHIVE]. (ExactCompute.com also redirects to ExactVM.com).
NeoTechAdmin, like CharityHost.org, is owned by Andre Brongniart. Andre mentions NeoTechAdmin on his GitHub profile [8] [ARCHIVE], and his LLC registration information for CharityHost can be found under the Business Filings search page for the Wyoming Secretary of State. If you download "2025 Original Annual Report - 11521905," you'll see the following:
While the exact motivating factor behind Andre's rebrand from CharityHost.org to ExactVM.com is unknown, it's reasonable to assume it has something to do with Andre desperately trying to wipe the slate clean and start a new business without any of the baggage of CharityHost.
